1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechSage's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TechSage provides AI-powered lead generation services that identify and qualify potential customers through social network integration and behavioral analysis. Our platform delivers qualified leads based on your specified criteria and requirements.

3. Qualification Process

Access to TechSage's platform requires qualification through our sales process. We reserve the right to approve or deny service requests based on business compatibility, lead volume requirements, and other qualification criteria.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel and service tier:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead (social media campaigns)
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead (Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns)
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead (multi-channel campaigns)

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet your specified demographic, behavioral, and interest criteria with demonstrated engagement potential. Lead quality is determined by our AI algorithms and verified through multiple data points.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

TechSage collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy practices.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience criteria
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using leads in accordance with privacy and anti-spam regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of platform access credentials

8. Service Limitations

TechSage makes no guarantees regarding lead conversion rates or business outcomes. Lead generation results may vary based on industry, target audience, market conditions, and client follow-up practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to TechSage's platform remain the exclusive property of TechSage. Clients receive a limited license to use the platform solely for their lead generation activities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. TechSage reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

TechSage's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold TechSage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of leads or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

TechSage reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
